Email from domain assomamme.it are always going to junk only to Outlook receivers

Question

Hello,
A few days ago, we set up a G Suite account for our domain assomamme.it. All emails from that domain are going straight to the spam/junk email folder. We did all possible configurations on a DNS level for our domain and we get perfect scores on all spam testing tools. Just a few examples:- https://www.mail-tester.com/test-tskxmdpxq
- https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/checkmx/check?domain=assomamme.it&dkim_selector=
As you can see all the possible anti-spam measures were taken. We have valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and we are not in any blacklist, since the domain is brand new: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3aassomamme.it&run=toolpage
The mail we are trying to send is a welcome email to our newly subscribed customers, which has nothing that should mark it as a spam. We lost 2 days trying to figure out what the issue is, the only service that marks this email as spam is outlook.com.
This is outrageous and unacceptable!
We demand that our domain assomamme.it gets unlocked as soon as possible, since we are losing customers which are mad at us since our is a paying service. So again, we request that our domain gets checked and if needed removed from any black list.

Hi, we already checked in the forum and made the request with the form for a support request. But we didn't receive any reply.
We've contacted the Microsoft support via chat, but they only tell us to fill in the form for the request or write to delist@messaging.microsoft.com.
We wrote to this email but we received an error:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
delist@messaging.microsoft.com
Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept email from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery.
So, it's impossibile to contact them.
We also complete the request by filling the form on https://sender.office.com, but no one answered us.
Here you can find the header of the email received on an outlook account (in junk folder):
DKIM and DMARC records are valid SPF is valid, but email goes to junk folder.
X-MS-Exchange-Organization-SCL: 0
X-Microsoft-Antispam: BCL:0;
Are both at 0 so it should not be spam.
Could you help us to understand the problem?
