We've been using the system since its start and have 2 logins with AdCentre - one for clients we bill via ourselves & one for clients we bill straight to the client credit cards....this morning we discovered that all the accounts that were billed direct had been turned off last week as one client had cancelled his credit card after he left his wallet in a bar and hadnt updated adcenter.
With Google or Yahoo client centres this would have resulted in just that client being frozen but on Adcentre all were frozen....we had to email all our other clients to explain that there was temporary problem with the system that would get sorted ASAP and hassle the client for his new credit card.
Is there an explanation for linking clients billing? Your Manchester UK call centre suggested that we do separate log ons for each client but seeing as we have several hundred clients in our Google MCC most of whom are billed direct (& that MSN surely want us to migrate to Adcentre) this seems a silly solution....is there a better one?
