I am currently in the process of replacing 3 Windows XP computers on a peer-to-peer network with Windows 7 Professional computers. One of the new W7 computers needs to be setup as a peer-to-peer server such that other W7 and XP computers on the LAN can access
and modify it's files. I have read so much on sharing and permissions that apparently I am confused. I can not get the computer setup so others can have full access to C drive folders and files. I created an everyone user and tried to assign it full access
but so far everything I have tried has not allowed other LAN PCs to have access to other than the public folders. I have several Microsoft articles on sharing and permiaaions but still can not get the W7 PC setup as needed. Is there a step 1, step 2, step
3, etc. type atricle on granting full access to C drive for all LAN user?
