I’m really having a serious problem with my laptop now as I can’t used my copy and paste command anymore, both in and out of my laptop; I was told by a friend of mind that its really due to a serious virus effecting my system, and that I should immediately format my entire system which is really hard for me to do now since I really don’t have the drivers and stuff for my system plus have got so much of my private school work report, assignments, music and stuff that I don’t really wish to lost; additionally, the notion anti-virus that I had initially installed doesn’t seem to be working anymore neither cannot be uninstalled; reporting lots of error on system that for each time that I switch on.
I can i really do at this moment? Could someone please help me.
