Passes validation successfully but the pop up still shows up as not genuine

Question
-
I am experiencing the same thing - i get error messages every time i open an existing microsoft document or template.
I went online here - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 - and ran the test 'windows genuine advantage diagnostic tool (1.9.0006.1)' and i got the below information...
What is going on - if it says its genuine then why am i gewtting error messages? I did notice this:Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 - 114 Blocked VLK 2
What does this mean?
Look forward to hearing good news - thanks!Diagnostic Report (1.9.0006.1):

Hello Georgie
Thank you for visiting the Office Genuine Advantage (OGA) program forum. As Dan previously mentioned your Windows XP is genuine but Office Professional Edition 2003 isn’t genuine. I understand the inconvenience you are currently experiencing. We have seen numerous issues from customers who were provided a Volume License Key (VLK) on their computer that has either been blocked by Microsoft or generated by a fake product key code generator. OGA currently provides checks for these types of product keys and prompts the user to notify them of this situation. More invalid product keys are being identified daily and WGA is constantly refreshing its database with these newly identified product keys and immediately blocks them. Below I have extracted a portion of the MGA results to share.

As a rule, VL editions should not be sold to individual consumers. Businesses, schools and governments normally use VL editions for flexibility in installing many computers. Georgie if the computer is a corporate system please ask your systems administrator to logon to the eOpen site https://eopen.microsoft.com/EN/default.asp and confirm what your company’s assigned VLK. If this computer is not a corporate system please uninstall both the Office Professional 2003 before and potential problems occur. You have a couple options available. First you should have been given the option to "Get Genuine" when you failed OGA validation. Here you may purchase an OGA Kit from Microsoft and become genuine. Next you can take the software back where you made the original purchase and either request a genuine copy of Office or return your monies. Next I would recommend for you to file a piracy report by following the directions @ http://www.microsoft.com/piracy. Please locate "Reporting Piracy" in the upper left corner.
Thank you
Stephen

Hello Georgie007,
Your Windows is Genuine but your Office 2003 Pro is not. Your installation of Office is a Volume Licensing Edition, and it was installed with a now-blocked Volume Licensing Key.
Volume Licensing editions of Office are to be sold only to organizations that may need flexibility in installing many copies of Office on many computers, such as larger businesses, educational and governmental institutions. VL copies of Office should never be sold to individuals at retail.
Please uninstall the nongenuine installation of Office as soon as possible. Depending upon the circumstances surrounding your purchase or acquisition of the nongenuine Office, you may qualify for complimentary or discounted copies of Office, as described here: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/office/OGAKitInformation.aspx?displaylang=en
