My Online CRM 4.0 was upgraded to Online CRM 2011 on Thursday night with few issues. We are runiing Outlook 2007 SP2 which works but does not give us the additional features. I upgraded my client (Windows Vista - SP2 - 32 bit - Office 2007) from
the CRM4 client to the CRM 2011 client. I performed a complete uninstall of the CRM 4.0 client and a new install of the CRM 2011 client. I did not get any error messages but when i attempt to configure Microsoft Dynamics for outlook I get the error
message - "There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft CRM Server. The server might be unavailable". I select CRM Online for the server URL.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
