Your Windows installation is based on a Samsung OEM_SLP Product Key - but your computer is too old (built 2008) to support a Windows 7 OEM_SLP Key at all - and would seem to have shipped with Vista installed.
For which version and edition of Windows is it licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?
Your installation of Office is also likely to be counterfeit, as it's based on a Volume License Key - unless you acquired it through your college or work.

Indeed, your installed copy of Windows 7 Ultimate was licensed for a Samsung PC and not your old PC built back in 2008. You'll need to reformat your drive and install a conventional genuine "full Version" of Windows 7.
