Windows Live ID Old Account Needs Removal RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is it possible to remove a WLID account and then create a new one with the same username as before? I ask this because access to a new Microsoft SPLA Agreement depends on the administrator's WLID matching the existing business email. Unfortunately this WLID seems to have become associated with another WLID and this is blocking access to the new SPLA agreement. Instead WLID provides access to older Open License agreements which now get in the way of access to the SPLA agreement. Ideally we'd remove the WLID account that's not working an set up a new one with the same username, which matches that on the SPLA agreement.
