Some more detail is going to be required if anyone is going to be able to help.

Do you have other machines that are OK?. Can you access the server shares? Is RDP to the server OK?

If it is only the one PC. Remove the machine from the server using dashboard, remove the connector from the client and reboot the client. Try re-installing the connector on the client. Double check that the time zone and time is the same on both the server and the clients.

The query as put gives no information that will help you get a solution.

  • Go to the disk management program on the server. To find it type in disk management in the search window and click on the result.  Then go to the disk that is offline and right click.  Check the online command and I believe your issue will be resolved.

  • Check your user accounts and make sure they are setup correctly.  Try giving access to everything and if that works, then take away access as you see fit.  Once you change the access on the user accounts, reboot you client pc.  Hope that helps...
