I don't know where else to ask this question, but here it goes ...... I'm running office communications server 2007 and, when users are on meetings, their precense shows as either red/green/yellow/&c. when they're looked at in sharepoint.
Is there a way for rooms to show the same status? I have meeting rooms configured in exchange so, if a room is invited to a meeting, is there a way for that room to show a 'red' dot when looked at in exchange? Short of installing office communicator in a VM and logging on as the room, is this possible?
