Files in directory were copied but not the folder they are in using echo.

  I have folder pairs set from Server storage to folder on tablets. Windows Scheduler runs every night. Some of the folder pair run as expected but a group of them will copy the contents of the directory but not the containing folder so that they are dumped into the right folder with no organization. Can you tell me why this is happening?
