The "Transactions Programming" forum might be a place to start out. The forum description states "Discuss development of reliable applications using transactions technologies: MSDTC, System.Transactions, WCF, WS-AT, COM+/EnterpriseServices etc."
The url ishttp://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowstransactionsprogramming/threads
Hope this helps.
