    I am trying to install WHS in my AMD Attlon 64 bits 1GB ram 80GB HD, but I get a blue screen during the initial part of the instalation, is AMD Attlon on a Gigabit Motherboard supported?. I have XP running in a Second Drive but was never able to install Vista. I tried upgrading the Bios with no improvement.

    Any suggestions?

    If you're seeing a blue screen during the initial graphical part of installation for both Vista and Windows Home Server, then very possibly your motherboard is incompatible with the version of WinPE that they both use. This is rare, but not completely unheard of.

    What error is reported on the blue screen, and exactly where does it occur? What motherboard?
