Office 2007 Pro Plus requires key entry every time you open RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have one user that is consitently asks to enter a product key every other time he opens an office program (primarily power point). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Office Pro 2007 Plus (Enterprise license - Comcast Corp) and it still happens. I tried to activate it too, but it still happens. Would love to hear theories, suggestions, etc..

  • Hi Mana_Mana,

I'm not seeing anything that would cause that to happen.  Would you ask the user to run a Diagnostic Report right when the issue occurs? So when he opens Powerpoint, the pop-up comes up, don't close anything, just run the diag and post it.

Dan, can you think of anything else we can have him try, at this point?

    Thank you,
    Darin MS
