  • in an answer to one of the problems that i had, you asked us to vote on the answer to the question.

    what i would like to know is why as a certified microsoft professional you dont give us the corrcet answer and save us hours

    of frustration in searching for the correct answer.

    where is the responsibility of MICROSOFT for its products?

  • The vast majority of reponders in these forums - like myself - are neither affiliated to nor employed by Microsoft.

    These are peer-to-peer assistance forums and not direct lines to MS support personnel - if you want that kind of service, you have to pay for it.

    MCPs are human (despite their own opinion of themselves), and don't have special insider knowledge of MS products - they simply have a little training in particular aspects of the software.

    As far as I can work out, 'anurag shkula' has never posted in this forum - so why bring this complaint here, rather to the forum where you encountered his/her advice??
