Your current installation of a retail license for Office Ultimate 2007 is reporting as Genuine. :-)

The problem you are experiencing is that there is a left-over or remnant of the previous nongenuine installation of Office that has to be cleared out in order for your new genuine Office installation to be recognized as such.

From the nongenuine notice that you are seeing, please click on the "Learn More Online" link to go to an informational Microsoft web page.  When visiting this web page, in the background the Office Genuine Advantage Notification Utility rechecks your Office licensing status and may be able to correct the problem.  Stay on this page for about a minute, then restart the computer.  After restart, keeping all Office programs closed for the moment, please visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on Validate Office.  Office should validate normally.  If so, open several Office programs to verify that you are no longer seeing nongenuine notices.  If no notices, the problem has been corrected.

If noongenuine notices continue, please restart the computer.  Keeping Office programs closed, visit this Microsoft KB article and run the MS FixIt in Method 3:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919895/

After it completes, open Word 2007 and you should be prompted to activate Office online normally.  Restart.  After restart, keeping all Office programs closed for the moment, please visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on Validate Office.  Office should validate normally.  If so, open several Office programs to verify that you are no longer seeing nongenuine notices.  If no notices, the problem has been corrected.

Please post back to let us know how you are doing.
