    It's < blockquote > tag. You can easily check it (as I just did) by quoting and then going to HTML mode.

    I saw the blockquote flash on the screen momentarily, but did not catch the angle brackets as opposed to just brackets.  And I did not think about going to HTML to see it.

    BTW: I like the quote and added it to my collection.
