Auto-attendants and contacts RRS feed

  • I'm finding a lot of pieces on how to configure auto-attendants but detailed information is difficult to find.
    I need to configure several auto-attendants. I've configured an auto-attendant in the Exchange Management Console and associated it with the dial plan. My issue is that I'm not sure if I need to create a contact for each auto-attendant that I create in the Exchange console and, if so, do I have to use the ocsumutil.exe utility to create the contacs in AD or can this be done manually?
