    doing renewal, purchased copy from best buy, i  entered number on first pc to renew, all ok, second pc said product key used up. only install on one machine, says it can be insalled on 3.

    It may take a day or so for the subscription renewal information to update on the other computer. There is no action you need to take. The product key is a one time use item and your subscription status is communicated to other computers via Live ID.
