You will need to clear 700 marks out of 1000. The number of questions varies from time to time and is subjected to changes.
The quickest path to achieve MCITP (MCITP: Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008) is to take the following papers.
- 70-642 (Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring)
- 70-646 (Windows Server 2008, Server Administrator)
Do note that the above mentioned exams (70-640, 70-642 and 70-646) is set to expired by 31st July 2013 which means that you can't take this exam from 1st August 2013 onward.
Do note that MCITP Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 is the old title, the new one is re branded as
MCSA Windows Server 2008.
