cannot get status out of red RRS feed

  • I was set up on auto renew for my subscription but some time during the year I changed credit cards when I attempted to access my account to make the change I forgot my sign in info even the help answers. So I just opened a new account and it will not let me access the account. I have been a customer for over two years If I could talk to a live person to help me with this problem it would be great I have looked every were for a phone #cant find it please help.
