Hello thaisail,
Occasionally longtime installations of Office XP and to a lesser extent Office 2003 will develop a situation where they become "not activated" and will report as "nongenuine."
In that case, please try the MS FixIt utility in Method 2 of this MS KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/903275
After running the FixIt, restart the computer and open an Office program such as Word. At that point you should see the Activation Wizard, so go ahead and do a normal online activation. Then restart.
After restarting, visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Office button. Once validation completes, close Internet Explorer and open Word and other Office programs to verify that you no longer see the nongenuine notices.
Post back to let us know if this worked for you.
