  • Hello kevin1968,

Windows systembuilder/small manufacturer licensing kits come with the Product Key printed on a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA).  The systembuilder/small manufacturer is required by Microsoft to prominently affix the CoA label to the computer before delivering it to the customer.  I can assure you that the adhesive on the CoA label is pretty strong stuff.

Please check the computer for a CoA with the Product Key for your version and edition of Windows.  On a laptop it will be on the bottom.
