LCDS video insert

  I am trying to attached a video clip, wmv clip for instance and would like to play it in a bigger window that is provided by the frames in LCDS...how?
  in other words, I would like be able to re-size the window where the wmv type clip is playing and make it bigger more suitable for viewing. any suggestions?
