Where is the link to update my address to get my certficates

  HI all,
  I'm trying to update my info so I can change my address as I moved to another country and I'll do an exam within 2 weeks, it has been years since I did the last MS exam. I'm trying to log in in MCP link with MCP ID and my old hotmail that I have not been using long time and link says info you entred does not match our records!!
  
  any help, will be appreciated.
