Thank you for you interest in Microsoft Fix it Center (Beta). In order for us to effectively troubleshoot would please provide us with the below information and also give us the exact error message that you are encountering.
1. Check if PowerShell is installed on the machine. To do that
a. Goto Add/Remove programs located in Control Panel
b. Check "Show updates" if it is not already checked in the upper right corner of the dialog
c. Check if you see "Windows PowerShell(TM) 1.0 or Windows Management Framework in the list
2. If you do see the PowerShell installed, go to
a. Type "regedit" from "Run" located in Start menu
b. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PowerShell\1\ShellIds\Microsoft.PowerShell
c. Check if Path = C:\WINDOWS\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe
