When I go to the Suggestions and Feedback for the Forums area, and click on and expand this text:

Purpose of this forum - please read before posting here

It contains a link from "Bug Reporting Forum. " that goes here: http://forums.msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/reportabug/threads/

...which looks like the content of the Expression bug reporting forum, but doesn't have the Expression branding along the top...instead it has a msdn burgandy theme and some popup was blocked too on that page.
