Add Multiple Activities (tasks) to an account

Question
-
Hi,
Would it be possible to add more than one task/activity to an account on one form (one submit click) ?
We have a client that has multiple tasks linked to an account and it will be frustrating to add one task at a time.

Hi Anthonie,
It seems that you need to create multiple tasks for the same client where some of the fields have different values and rest other fields contain the same value. You may create a on-demand workflow which creates a task record.
Steps are mentioned as under:
1. Go to Settings -> Processes -> New
2. Give "Process Name" (eg. create my task) -> Entity (Task) -> Category (Workflow)
3. Check "As an on-demand process"
4. Click on "Add Step" -> "Create Record"
5. Select "Task" in drop-down. Click on "Set Properties"
6. Enter all the fields with the dynamic values which will be same through different tasks.
7. Save and publish your workflow.
Once published, you may run the workflow from the ribbon button "Run Workflow" and select the workflow you just created.
The only effort you need to take will be to update the different values in the tasks.
I hope it helps.

Are the new activity items standard/repeatable in nature? Are they something you could incorporate into a workflow?

You can create as many activities as your customer like with one submit click using workflows, plugins or Javascripts.

It would be 3 total seperate tasks. For example
* Contact Chairman for more information
* Get list of requirements
* Remember to collect items.
(just an example)

Any pointers on how?
Like should there be 3 text boxes requesting the task description? Because in this scenario, the tasks will always be link to the same account and responsible person..
