  There is no certification about ".Net in general". Rather, the various available certifications deal with specific types of applications developed under .Net. For instance, if you specialize in Web applications, then you can pursue the MCSD:Web Developer certification:

  But there are also other variants depending on your specialization. You can peruse the Visual Studio Certifications page to find out your options:
