Microsoft Windows- update delivery is not working and may be a victim of counterfeiting (UK)

Question

Hi, We are a small team running down a business. It used to be a large business and now only a small team of 9 remaining. As part of this we moved to a small office. Last week we were having issues with our Microsoft licensing. We had a few Microsoft office standard 2010 activation wizards pop up on a few of our machines. I spoke to a guy from Microsoft who said we could get the licensing keys from our retailer. I found out that because we have not connected to the old head office server for domain authentication these issues were arising. I contacted our retailer and we received the MAK key and created me as an administrator on the Microsoft account. After a bit of trouble we managed to install the product on our machines... we have hundreds of licences left on our account so have enough left. A new issue arised this week stating Microsoft Windows- update delivery is not working and may be a victim of counterfeiting. I’m not sure what we need to do if anything, however as I’m not receiving the issue myself yet, please see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool. Please can you help me find out if we need to do anything and if so what we need to do? Ftom one completely ‘untechy’ person! Thank you in advance.

The installed Product Key is a Volume License KMS Key which requires periodic re-activation at least every 180 days at a private Activation Server.
It is only sold in quantities of 25 or more to qualifying organisations.
It's likely that this is one of the residual licenses from the old company.
You need to change the Product Key to your new MAK licenses for Windows 7 Enterprise -
Click on the Start orb, and in the Search box, type
SLUI 3
Follow the instructions.
Hopefully it will activate over the internet - if not, use telephone activation.
