I have worked with OneCare on this before.
The OneCare fails during startup and then needs a manual start to work.
The OneCare blacks out the computer during backup to a hard disk.
I have worked with OneCare and the problem was escalated to Benjamin as a level three tech. The problem is he never called when agreed upon. He never read my e-mail responses. His letter is just a form letter with no honest meaning. The contact my manager e-mail address failed to deliver. I am very disappointed with his perfomance.
Should I uninstall this program and ask for reimbursment?
