How to add a text to the textbox as hyperlink

Hi All,
I have created a text field with hyperlink format and now I want to add some text to the field in which if I click that text it should go to the website.

Hi,
If you have created a text field with the format as "URL", and you enter any website link in there it'll automatically come up as a hyperlink on saving the record. Clicking on the field will automatically take you to the website in a new window.
