  • Hi,

    I have a strange situation with customer wanting to get a failed delivery report in CRM. When a user sends email through crm web interface, if for exemple address is wrong, a report will come to Outlook inbox, but not tracked to CRM. The problem is they won't use Outlook. I know I can set a property to automatically track all email messages, but that is also inappropriate.

    Any workaround?
