Incoming call-"toast" not showing alternative redirect options

  In an OCS, Nortel CS1K setup, when calling from a PSTN phone to the OC Client with preferred device set to either computer or phone the possibility of receiving the call on the opposite one one by clicking ”redirect” on the incoming call-”toast” is not showing.

  As I understand it, it should be showing "receive on communicator" when in phone-mode and "receive on phone" when in communicator-mode.
