I already changed one of my two accounts to be the default one. However I still could not set an email regarding a CRM record.
So what is the default Microsoft Outlook store? how to configure it?
I have outlook 2010 and crm 2011 online.
In Outlook, click on File and then Account settings. Then click on Data files, highlight the entry to be the default and then click Set as Default. Restart Outlook.
