how to set default microsoft outlook store? RRS feed

  • I already changed one of my two accounts to be the default one. However I still could not set an email regarding a CRM record.

    So what is the default Microsoft Outlook store? how to configure it?

    I have outlook 2010 and crm 2011 online.

  • In Outlook, click on File and then Account settings. Then click on Data files, highlight the entry to be the default and then click Set as Default. Restart Outlook.

  • Hi guangming,


      •        Go to Start, click Configuration Wizard
      •        If you want to add a new ORG, click Add.
      •        Select CRM Online for Server URL
      •        Click Test Connection
      •     If failed, it will let you to input the name and psd
      •        Click Synchronize with this Organization to set it as primary
      •        Click Ok.
      •        Then open Outlook, you will get the new ORG
