Tune Up & Virus scanning problems

Hello

When I run Tune Up or the virus/spyware scan it reachs to about 80% complete and then my computer screen fades to black and I have to manually shut it off?

Any thoughts?

"Fades" as in the screen sleeps? Is it always at 80%?
What are the power settings for the monitor/screensaver?

I think that you will do best by contacting support to have this investigated.
