after cloning disk, getting "This computer is not running genuine Windows" popup occasionally RRS feed

    One of the 2 member disks of a RAID-0 had a partial failure (a very small percentage of sectors were not readable but enough that the BIOS called it failed and Windows would not start) so I used software on a bootable CD from Runtime.org to "de-stripe" what could be salvaged onto a new single physical drive. I can now boot from that drive and everything in Windows seems fine until I get this popup. Here are the MCADiag results:

    This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -  

    Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers

    try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

    (you want the iata_enu.exe download)

    Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.
