Email Sent Out of CRM is not Sending RRS feed

    To save a step of toggling back and forth to Outlook, I decided to send an email out of CRM 4.0 directly from the contact.  When i do, I don't see it going - when i check history it says "This email has not yet been submitted for delivery" -- what does that mean?

     

    Also, when it does go, will I be able to see it in Outlook Sent items.

  • In the CRM options menu, you will have to click on the e-mail tab, then check the box to have CRM send e-mail through outlook. For us, this was not enabled by default.
