You have a number of problems!
    1) Your Key for Windows is showing as being an 'Invalid Key' for a Volume License- which usually means that it's not one that was generated by MS, but by a KeyGen.
    2) Your Key for Office is a Blocked Volume License Key - and one that used to belong to MS before it got leaked to the Internet, at that!
    3) you have some major file problems with files related to activation and validation.
    4) You haven't yet installed SP3 - which may be because of the above.

To attempt to solve your problems with the System Files - use the System File Checker (You may need your Windows XP disk)
    1) Type CMD in the search box, right click on CMD.EXE in the found items
list and select Run as Administrator.
    2) At the prompt, type
    SFC   /SCANNOW
it will scan the system for file errors, and repair what it can.
Don't worry too much about it complaining that it can't fix all errors.
It may ask you to reboot the machine - but it's a good idea to do it anyhow.

Once that's done, repost a new MGADiag report and we'll see what that's done.

WRT your Invalid Keys, you need to purchase valid copies of the software involved - which is a little difficult, nowadays!

  • Hello mgenece,

Does your HP/Compaq computer have a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) for Windows affixed to it?

If so, let us know the version and edition of Windows listed on the CoA.  Also, does it have HP or HPQ printed on it as well?

PS--Don't post the product key printed on the CoA.

The good news is that because your HP computer has a CoA on it, it is still licensed to run the version of Windows listed on the CoA, which you are telling us is Windows XP Home Edition.

Your best option for Getting Genuine would be to contact HP to order a set of Recovery/Reinstallation discs for your exisiting computer.  After backing up and offloading all of your data, running the Recovery will put the original, Genuine shipping installation of Windows XP Home back onto the computer.

After installing Windows from the recovery discs, please do not bother to install Office 2003, as it is a widely pirated installation and is not blocked by Microsoft.
