Accessing Metadata within CRM Reports

  Using CRM 2011 on premise -

  I'm getting http 503, service is unavailable error when trying to select items in a report within the report entity. I restarted SSRS and still no luck

  I checked the SQL server and everything seems ok.   Any thoughts to what could be the issue?
