CRM 2011 - Outlook 2010 - where is refresh button.

  So, the refresh button of gone from the data grids.  That's fine.

  Found some instructions that suggested there was a refresh button in the View menu in Outlook.  It's not there.

  I am running a demo of a CRM system and would very much like to be able to refresh a grid on demand rather thna wait for Outlook to sync.

  The data seems to update when I click about in the Outlook UI for a bit but that doesn't look very good.

  Anyone know if this is possible and how to do it.
