Changed E-mail address. RRS feed

  • I changed the e-mail address in Onecare, status went to red. Went to account information, was told there is no account information for that e-mail. Went back to use the e-mail address, then was told that address does not exist. Now I am stuck in RED status. Need help. Please.

  • I just found your post in the Off Topic folder where you posted, hence the reason for the late reply.

    You cannot change the email address for your OneCare subscription. Your OneCare subscription is tied to this LiveID. If you canceled the original LiveID, you will need to contact support for help in correcting the problem.
