OCS Archiving works even when user property set to false

  Hi All,
   
  Archiving messages are stored into LcsLog table >Messages Table.
  
  But I am having one user User1, In his property I am disabling the archiving options (both).
  But then also in this table it stores the conversation of the user with others !
  
  So, where it exactly reflects ???
  
  My global settings are set to per user basis.
  
  Also Can anyone explain a bit about the archiving option , where these properties gets reflected ????
