My latop is saying that my 'copy of windows isn't genuine'.

Question
-
Okay, so I've had this laptop for three or so years now, and a while back, I had to get it repaired. Soon after, I turned it on and a message came up and said something about my product key being wrong and I either need to type a new one or buy another one. I just go on the type the product key later option and ignore it. So anyways, after selecting that, the background is black and there's a message in the bottom-right corner that reads:
'Windows Vista (TM)
Build 6002
This copy of Windows is not genuine'.
So, what can I do?? Here's the report as well:
