Extend campaign response view RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I would like to extend the campaign response view shown in the campaign. I guess this is the "associated view: campaign response" in the campaign response entity. In the view it already shows me the contacts in one of the columns. Is it somehow possible to extend the view in a way that it will also show me the country and/or telephone number of the contact? Hope someone can help me.

  • Unfortunately on the associated view of any entity in CRM you can only add columns off the entity itself and not columns of any related entities.

  • Hi.

    You can add your custom columns to campaign response and fill them with required in the view attributes when contact attribute is filled (reads country and/or phone number from contact and fills custom country and/or phone number attribute in campaign response record).
