Problem with WGA kit RRS feed

  • Question

  • I recently purchased the WGA kit.  I am still waiting for the CD, but I have tried to install the new key code that was sent to me via email.  An error message comes up stating the 'the product code could not be updated at this time.  This may be due to technical or connectivity issues.'  Any ideas?

  • Do you have any firewalls or proxies setup? It is very likely your firewall may be blocking this update.
