Online and offline client for outlook question

Hi guys,

I have a question concerning the online and offline client for CRM 4.0 in Outlook.

First of all, are these clients to be installed with the installation disc or can you download these installation packs?

I was looking for the download and found it, but I don't seem to find different versions for the online and offline client.

Can anyone tell me the main differences (apart from the fact that you can take it offline of course) and also maybe give me the links of both clients to download?

The installation disc also contains the setup for the client.

The setup gives you the choice to install the online or the offline client. So there are no seperate setups for each version.
There is no difference, apart from the offline capability, between the two clients. However they have different requirements for software and hardware (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd979161.aspx).
