My Backups folder on the Client's Desktop

  EXCUSE ME: If this is a duplicate thread. But read on:

   

  When I view backups on a client machine, a "My Backups" folder is created on the client's desktop.

   

  Though this folder sizes to 0KB, the "C" drive folder inside it measures to same size as that of C drive on the client. There is no indication to suggest that this is only a link like the "Shared Folders".

   

  So, is it consuming space on the client or it is just another shared folder?

  PS: After I created this first and submitted, I was presented with a blank thread entry box. I noticed that in the forum there were at least two more threads that were duplicated. However, I didn't find my entry even after refreshing. So I am entering it again. Excuse me, if you find this a duplicate.
