I am interested in the Microsoft Certified IT Professional Certification. What Courses do I need to complete in order to be certified?

the best answer would be: It depends...
It depends on the technology you want to become certified. On this site you can find a list of MCITP exams and the requirements of them.
But remember that you should have some practical experience on/with the appropriate technology before taking an exam.

The MCITP designation applies to multiple certification paths - everything from Windows 7 to Server 2008 to Lync Server. You can check out the various options at the Microsoft Learning site - http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/mcitp.aspx#tab2
