CRM2011 - Owner of this queue does not have sufficient privileges to work with this queue RRS feed

  • Using CRM2011 and Outlook 2010 with CRM interface.

    When I try to Track and Email to an Opportunity etc. I get the error message

    "The owner of this queue does not have sufficient privileges to work with this queue"???

    How, as the owner of the queue can i not have the privileges to work with the queue - that i own?
